  1. Training Sessions and Workshops

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made between 30 and 5 days before the scheduled date will receive a 75% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund.

  2. Consulting Services

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the service will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the start of the service will receive a [Z]% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the start of the service are not eligible for a refund.

  3. Online Training and Digital Products

    • Digital products and online training sessions are non-refundable.

    • If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

    • If you are not satisfied with a training session or workshop, please contact us within 10 days of completion to request a refund. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Consulting Services

    • If you are not satisfied with a consulting service, please contact us within 10 days of completion to discuss a potential refund. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Digital Products

    • We do not offer refunds for digital products unless there is a defect or error in the product. Please contact us if you encounter any issues.
